Nothing
is more important
than your MENTAL HEALTH
We all encounter stress, setbacks, and challenges in life. In my work with adults, many common symptoms are experienced. Have you faced: difficulty sleeping, feeling jittery, had difficulty concentrating, noticed that you are working too much and not taking good care of yourself, unhappy with yourself/body image, not enjoying things that you once liked to do, withdrawing in relationships, had trouble communicating, feeling irritable and fighting, using alcohol (shopping, gambling, etc.) as a means of escape, feeling sad, alone, and tired? These are all symptoms that something needs to change.
Learning how to deal with inevitable stressors in life will help you to gain happiness and personal fulfillment. How you interpret these stressors is at the core of many emotional problems. In our work together, I will provide you with the tools and skills necessary to help alter the way your thinking, emotions, and behavior interact.
If you are looking for extra support and guidance through challenging circumstances, or you are seeking to gain insight and move in a new direction in life, I look forward to working with you in your journey.
